Having been in business for over 30 years, Envirologic has experienced challenging economic periods in the past. Although our prior experience could never prepare us for these difficult times, it has prepared us to be strong, resilient, responsive and innovative -- ensuring we continue to find solutions to the many environmental challenges our clients may face.
As a result of Governor Whitmer's extension of the Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order earlier this month, our office remains closed and our team continues to work remotely. During the past two months, segments of our projects were deemed "essential." Therefore, some of our field staff continued to perform project work while following the directives from the State of Michigan and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
With the recent lifting of restrictions, our entire field staff has returned to project work while following Envirologic's "Guidelines for Performing Work During COVID-19," along with directives from the state and the CDC. This project work includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Lead and Asbestos Inspections, Field Sampling inclusive of Soil and Groundwater sampling, Vapor Mitigation Studies, Soil and Erosion Inspections, Wetland Delineation, Environmental Inspections, Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys and Demolition Oversight, among others.
As always, the safety and well-being of our employees and clients are at the forefront of our efforts. Strict protocols and guidelines are being followed, including proper use of PPE, sanitizing methods and physical distancing to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us or any of our team members with any questions or concerns.
