Phase I Image Box

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is an assessment of the current and historical uses of a property, typically in conjunction with a sale or bank refinancing. It is conducted to identify potential recognized environmental condiditons (RECs) that may represent liablility to a current or future owner. Envirologic performs each Phase I ESA in
accordance with a nationally recognized standard developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the U.S. EPA requirements for "All Appropriate Inquiry."

Find out what services are included as part of our Phase I ESA and additional inspection options are available by reviewing our information sheet below. If you have questions, please contact our Due Diligence Manager, Erik Peterson. He can be reached by phone at (269) 342-1100 or email.
