Curious about the industries Envirologic serves? Here is a list of our major markets:
The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is a multi-faceted assessment of a property that provides a comprehensive evaluation of the environmental concerns and is most often used at the time of a real estate transaction. Envirologic performs each Phase I ESA in accordance with a nationally recognized standard developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the U.S. EPA requirements for "All Appropriate Inquiry."
The Phase I ESA is the means by which a new property owner/operator can achieve necessary liability protection, demonstrate value and marketability of a property, and build a solid foundation upon which all other subsequent environmental due diligence may occur.

Envirologic's Compliance Group is a team of professionals that is specifically dedicated to ESA projects. All of our staff meet U.S. EPA's requirements for an Environmental Professional. Staff experience, plus professional certifications (e.g., Asbestos Inspector, Certified Wetlands Delineator), equals a qualified staff second to none.
Whether the property is vacant greenspace, a brownfield site, or an industrial complex, our diverse clientele across the United States depends on Envirologic's experience and knowledge to accurately and expeditiously assess environmental issues.
